Preface

The author is an experienced technical graduate with more than 42 years of experience in the textile industry. I have attended a lot of seminars, workshops, and training programs. During my office life, I realized that I am a very good motivator for my team. I was taking regular motivational and educational classes for my associates. I do not remember that I had to speak wrong in my meetings. Last 3.5 years, I read about 60+ non-fictional books & many more videos

I could see that I could give something to the masses. I realized that giving is loving. So I started writing and this e-book is a small gift to my readers. If this e-book helps even a single person in this World, I would be more than happy. Please don’t hesitate your valuable feedback. It will help me improve further.

 I have dedicated this small gift to my Late mother, younger Brother Narender, and brother-in-law (Jija Ji) Devender Singh. Without their blessings, this could not have been possible. My mother was fond of praising my Loving father’s book-writing passion. My father is Great as he has a passionate love for writing. 1. Meditation 

We are living in a very competitive time. We need regular upliftment in mental power. We may be very healthy physically. We need to be very peaceful from the inside. Our self-confidence is the key to success. Self-confidence cannot be achieved by any tonic or medicine. To achieve this we need regular fix time meditation like our breakfast, lunch & dinner. It helps us to make a bridge between our outside and inner sides.

We have to do meditation from 15 minutes to 30 minutes morning & evening time daily. It will help us to regain peace of mind. Then we will be able to achieve success in our life.   10. Cultivating Gratitude: Gratitude is essential for appreciating one’s achievements and progress. Meditation can help individuals stay grounded and grateful, even during times of great success.

It’s important to note that while meditation can be a valuable tool, success is a multifaceted concept influenced by various factors, including hard work, determination, opportunities, and external circumstances. Meditation can complement these efforts by providing a strong foundation of mental and emotional well-being, making it easier to navigate the path to success.

2. Love yourself 

We observe in our daily life that people are not loving themselves. Their body language looks very bleak. When we love ourselves then and only then we will love people. So you must take care of yourself. We need good health, we need a good body structure. We should feel smart throughout the day. Our body is the temple of our soul. Even we should take care of our health so that our body temple is always clean. 

I have seen very good people in life who loves to meditate in the early hours of the day & even in the nighttime for fixed interval & fix time most of the time. We can also do like same way & get the best outcome. We need to do unconditional love with all.  God becomes happy when we love his creativity.

First, If you think you don’t look great, just go to your mother and ask her. See yourself from her eyes. When you look into the mirror, see yourself as the future you. See yourself as if you already have achieved your Goal. The point is, don’t feel bad for how you look right now, see through your vision and move towards that direction every day still feeling good/ thankful about the current you. Love yourself. “Whatever the mind can conceive, the body can achieve.”

  • Prioritize your well-being and make self-care a non-negotiable part of your routine.
  • Engage in activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul, such as meditation, exercise, or hobbies.
  • Set healthy boundaries and learn to say no when needed to protect your energy.
  • Take time to relax, rejuvenate, and recharge to avoid burnout.
  • Remember that self-care is not selfish but essential for overall well-being.

3. Love mankind unconditionally

We have to love all as they are God-loving kids. When we love mankind expecting nothing in return, the Almighty becomes very happy. People who are loving these creatures, in return, get blessings from the people they are helping as well as God. Thinking for the betterment of others is a really good principle to have in life. 

God will keep you very happy. The satisfaction you get from helping someone in need does not have any boundaries. We should always love all. Always love God’s creativity. And begin right now! Even your 1 meal right now can save someone who was starving for days, your 1 quilt donated now can save someone from the cold outside. 

If you think like “I will begin donating when I have this much amount in the bank.” This thing will never work. If from 100 bucks you are not donating 10 or even 1 buck, do you think you will be donating anything even when you have a million dollars in your bank account?

We need to give service to people for their value addition in their life. It will give you self-satisfaction & God will also give you happiness & energy to do more. Your services may be by virtue of monetary, skill development & any sort of education.

We need to love all creatures of this universe unconditionally. We are not alone in this world. By giving love to all & entering their heart. You are the master of the universe. We have to collaborate & become winners.

4. Believe in yourself 

We have to believe in ourselves. Believing is winning. We have to win in life. So it becomes very important to believe in ourselves. One time in a seminar motivational speaker asked a question. How many years you will survive? Everybody was surprised. Some people told they don’t know. Some told they will live for 80 years Plus. 

But I said that I will live for 100 years! Persons were answering with very little self-belief. But I was confident. My confidence was because of the actions I was taking to achieve that Goal. I had been doing Yoga, exercises, jogging, running Meditation, sitting in the correct posture, eating healthy, no junk food, etc. And that was the basis of my answer.

  4. Celebrate Achievements: Celebrate your successes, no matter how small they may seem. Acknowledging your accomplishments reinforces a positive self-image.
  5. Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind and compassionate towards yourself. Avoid self-criticism and negative self-talk, and treat yourself with the same empathy you would offer a friend.
  6. Surround Yourself with Positivity: Surround yourself with supportive and encouraging individuals who believe in you and your potential.
  7. Challenge Limiting Beliefs: Identify and challenge any limiting beliefs that hold you back. Replace them with empowering and affirming thoughts.
  8. Keep a Gratitude Journal: Cultivate gratitude by regularly noting down the things you are grateful for. This practice fosters a positive mindset.
  9. Visualize Success: Use visualization techniques to picture yourself achieving your goals. Visualization can boost your confidence and motivation.
  10. Take Calculated Risks: Step outside your comfort zone and take calculated risks. Embrace new challenges as opportunities for personal growth.
  11. Seek Feedback: Seek constructive feedback from mentors, peers, or coaches. Constructive criticism can help you improve and gain valuable insights.
  12. Learn from Mistakes: Instead of dwelling on mistakes, learn from them and use the experience to make better decisions in the future.
  13. Prioritize Self-Care: Take care of your physical and mental well-being. A healthy lifestyle supports a positive mindset.
  14. Stay Persistent: Persevere even when facing obstacles or setbacks. Persistence is often the key to overcoming challenges and achieving success.
  15. Focus on Progress, Not Perfection: Aim for progress rather than perfection. Celebrate every step forward, no matter how small.

Remember, believing in yourself is not about being arrogant or overconfident. It’s about recognizing your worth, valuing your abilities, and having faith in your capacity to overcome obstacles and achieve your aspirations. When you believe in yourself, you unlock your potential and open doors to endless possibilities.

5. You can do miracles

 It is very true. We can do miracles. When we have self-belief and self-confidence then nobody can stop us. Success needs only these tools. These types of breeds live only in a positive frame of mind. We can take the example of cricket. 

Nobody made 200 runs in a day match. When Sachin Tendulkar made it then Rohit Sharma did it 3 times. Miracles happen with self-belief. That’s why Virat Kohli is coming very fast near Sachin Tendulkar’s records. The same goes with Roger Bannister’s 4-minute mile. He was the first athlete to have ever run a mile in under 4 minutes. 

Before that, it was always believed that humans couldn’t run a mile in less than 4 minutes. But since this happened on May 6, 1954, more than 20000 people have run a mile in less than 4 minutes now. Including college students! Go out and create your miracles! “Whether you think you can, or you can’t. Either way, you are always right.”

6. Love your parents 

Parents are our first Guru. They bring us to this universe which is full of selfish people. Parents teach us ABCD in this world. We should touch the feet of our parents daily and get blessings. People staying away can talk with their parents daily. Nowadays social media and phones are very very good media to connect easily. 

There is a very good saying about homes where parents are happy, God lives there. So dear friends keep your parents happy as they have kept us happy in our childhood. But we are seeing that in many homes things are not in line. Parents are very unhappy. They are forced to live in old-age homes. Parents have brought us up in a fantastic manner. How you can expect that God will be happy with this type of person? Don’t take things for granted! Value them now, while you still have them.

Loving and appreciating our parents is a fundamental aspect of our relationships and personal growth. Parents play a pivotal role in our lives, providing love, support, and guidance from the moment we are born. Here are some reasons why loving our parents is essential and some ways to express our love to them:

  15. Assuring Them of Our Love: Reminding our parents that we love and care for them strengthens the emotional connection.

Loving our parents enriches our lives and creates a harmonious and supportive family environment. By expressing our love and appreciation, we foster a stronger bond that benefits both us and our parents.

7. Love your family members

 These days we find that combined/ joint family culture has gone far away. Only a few families live together. In joint families, parents control better than anyone. Children and family members love each other and take care of each other. Bonding becomes very strong. They can withstand any problem together. Similarly, in happy moments they all enjoy. One has to adjust to a combined family. The ego has to be finished for better relations.

Loving your family members is a fundamental aspect of building strong, supportive, and healthy relationships. Here are some ways you can express love to your family members:

  1. Show Appreciation: Express gratitude and appreciation for the little things they do. A simple “thank you” can go a long way in showing that you value and love them.
  2. Spend Quality Time Together: Make an effort to spend meaningful time with your family members. Engage in activities you all enjoy, have family dinners, or plan outings together.
  3. Listen and Communicate: Take the time to listen actively when your family members want to talk. Open communication fosters understanding and strengthens emotional bonds.
  4. Support Each Other: Be there for your family members during both good times and challenging moments. Offering support and encouragement shows your love and care.
  5. Respect Each Other’s Individuality: Each family member is unique with their own interests and opinions. Respect and celebrate these differences to create a harmonious and accepting environment.
  6. Celebrate Milestones: Acknowledge and celebrate important events and achievements in each other’s lives. This shows that you are genuinely happy for their successes.
  7. Apologize and Forgive: We all make mistakes. When disagreements happen, be willing to apologize and forgive. Forgiveness helps heal wounds and maintain strong bonds.
  8. Help Each Other: Offer a helping hand when needed. Whether it’s assisting with chores, supporting during difficult times, or offering advice, showing you care through actions is powerful.
  9. Express Affection: Don’t hesitate to show affection through hugs, kisses, or kind words. Physical and verbal expressions of love can strengthen emotional connections.
  10. Create Traditions: Establish family traditions that bring everyone together and create lasting memories. These shared experiences contribute to a sense of belonging and love.

Remember, love is an ongoing commitment that requires effort and understanding. By fostering a loving and supportive environment within your family, you can create a strong and resilient bond that will enrich all your lives.

8. Passion for work 

Success is the Hallmark of life. We have to excel in life. As discussed earlier we need to have a passion for our work. Passion is required everywhere. Sometimes we see that some people do not enjoy their work. Their passion is missing. So, my friends, we can get success in any job, business & field. Once Bruce Lee said that he is not afraid of a person who has practiced 10000 kicks 1 time each. He is afraid of the person who has practised a single move/kick 10000 times. And don’t just think about following your passion. 

With a focused mind, it is easy to turn into a passion for what you are pursuing currently. One of my favorite people of all time Jim Ron had beautifully said: “When you work, work, when you play, play. Don’t mix them both! Don’t work at play, don’t play at work. Work is too serious. You don’t want the reputation of being the office Joker. Be very serious about your work because you’re parting with a piece of your life for the work you do.”

The author has spent more than 4 decades in the textile spinning industry with a great passion for work. If we have passion then we are top performers. We performed without seeing a clock & worked to our satisfaction. We learned so many skills in handling affairs amicably.

9. Grow your mind as a kitchen garden

 Our mind is a super calculator. It is capable of making decisions very fast. A positive attitude gives it a superpower. We can develop it further like our kitchen garden. Some people do not buy any vegetables from the market. They develop their kitchen garden.

With a little hard work, we can reap huge dividends. So with positivity & hard work, we can develop our minds like a parachute. Meditation helps to get our minds in top shape. We can do miracles in our life. We need to cultivate our minds every day & every moment.

We need to be creative always to get the best in our lives. You can do miracles when you work hard by setting smart goals. We can get all tasks done on time to get the desired results.

Growing your mind as a kitchen garden is a wonderful metaphor for nurturing and cultivating your intellectual and personal growth. Just as a kitchen garden requires time, effort, and care to thrive, your mind also needs deliberate attention and continuous learning to reach its full potential. Here are some steps to “grow” your mind as a kitchen garden:

  1. Plant Seeds of Curiosity: Just like seeds are the foundation of a garden, curiosity is the foundation of learning. Cultivate your natural curiosity by asking questions, seeking answers, and exploring new ideas.
  2. Water with Knowledge: Provide your mind with a steady stream of knowledge and information. Read books, articles, and credible sources of information. Engage in discussions with others to gain new perspectives.
  3. Fertilize with Critical Thinking: Critical thinking is like fertilizer for your mind. Learn to analyze information, evaluate arguments, and think critically about the world around you. This helps you develop a well-rounded and informed perspective.
  4. Prune Unhealthy Habits: Just as you remove weeds from a garden, identify and prune unhealthy habits that may hinder your intellectual growth. This could include reducing time spent on mindless activities or avoiding negative influences.
  5. Sunlight of Creativity: Let the sunlight of creativity shine on your mind. Engage in creative activities like writing, drawing, or problem-solving to stimulate your imagination and expand your mind’s boundaries.
  6. Cultivate Patience: Growing a kitchen garden takes time, and so does expanding your mind. Be patient with yourself as you encounter challenges and obstacles in your learning journey.
  7. Harvest the Fruits of Knowledge: Regularly apply what you learn in practical situations. Knowledge becomes more meaningful when you can use it to solve problems, make decisions, or create something new.
  8. Practice Mindfulness: Just as tending to a garden requires presence and mindfulness, so does growing your mind. Practice mindfulness and meditation to sharpen your focus and reduce mental clutter.
  9. Seek Diverse Perspectives: In a kitchen garden, diversity leads to a healthy ecosystem. Similarly, seek out diverse perspectives and engage with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and viewpoints. This broadens your understanding of the world.

10. Make your Brand 

To be successful in life how can we work on making our brand? Branding we can understand from garments, shoes, and many more items. But these days human branding is very demanding. We have to be very disciplined to be successful. We need to be very good book readers. We should make a habit of reading a minimum of 5-10 pages daily. 

In this way, you will be able to read at least 20 books per annum. You will find that something new is coming into your thinking.

This will be termed as branding of your personality. You know the value of the brand. The author has made a regular habit of reading. He has read 60+ books in the last 3.5 YEARS. Similarly, you are making YouTube channels, Podcasting, writing a book and digital marketing mastery will keep you above the masses.

Creating and establishing a brand is a multifaceted process that involves crafting a unique identity, communicating your values, and building a strong reputation. Here are the key steps to make your brand:

  1. Define Your Brand Identity:
    • Determine your brand’s mission, vision, and values. Clearly articulate what your brand stands for and what makes it unique.
    • Identify your target audience and understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  2. Design Your Brand Visuals:
    • Create a memorable and visually appealing logo that represents your brand’s essence.
    • Develop a consistent colour scheme, typography, and visual elements to use across all brand materials.
  3. Craft Your Brand Messaging:
    • Develop a compelling brand message and tagline that communicates your value proposition concisely.
    • Use consistent and authentic language that resonates with your target audience.
  4. Establish Your Online Presence:
    • Build a professional website that reflects your brand identity and showcases your products or services.
    • Leverage social media platforms that align with your target audience to engage with potential customers.
  5. Deliver Quality Products/Services:
    • Ensure that the products or services you offer are of high quality and align with your brand promise.
    • Focus on providing exceptional customer service to build loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
  6. Create Valuable Content:
    • Develop content that adds value to your audience’s lives and positions your brand as an authority in your industry.
    • Use content marketing to establish thought leadership and nurture relationships with your audience.
  7. Engage with Your Audience:
    • Interact with your audience on social media, respond to comments and messages, and build a sense of community.
    • Encourage user-generated content and testimonials to showcase positive experiences with your brand.
  8. Collaborate and Partner:
    • Collaborate with influencers, other businesses, or organizations that share similar values to expand your reach and credibility.
    • Participate in industry events and collaborations to network and increase brand visibility.
  9. Monitor and Adapt:
    • Continuously monitor brand performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
    • Be open to feedback and be willing to adapt your brand strategy based on insights and changing market conditions.
  10. Stay Consistent:
    • Consistency is key to brand recognition. Ensure that all aspects of your brand, including visuals, messaging, and customer experience, remain consistent across all touchpoints.
  11. Measure Success:
    • Set specific brand metrics and track your progress over time.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of your brand strategies and adjust as needed to achieve your brand goals.

Remember that building a brand is a long-term process that requires dedication, authenticity, and continuous efforts to build trust and loyalty with your audience.

11. Be happy always 

One should always remain happy. It should be felt from within. 

A happy mood can create the best working atmosphere. When persons not working together in harmony then work performance takes a downward trend. On the other hand, we should make others happy. It can be done by giving only.

 Giving habits gives you more happiness. 

We respect our parents they become happy. Similarly, if you give something to your kids they become happy. Same way when we are sharing our knowledge with friends and community then happiness is bound to come. I have seen a wonderful app these days named Clubhouse which is so wonderful that you get all positive-minded people here. We love to talk & learn with them.

  • Seek joy in the little things and let them radiate from within.
  • Surround yourself with positive people and uplifting experiences.
  • Choose to focus on the bright side and find silver linings in every situation.
  • Practice gratitude daily and appreciate the blessings in your life.
  • Embrace activities that bring you genuine happiness and fulfilment.

12. Your attitude is everything

 Friends, it is very true that nobody can make you happy and nobody can make you sad. It is only your attitude that makes you happy or sad. See here the importance of happiness which depends on your attitude. When you have a positive and dashing attitude then you are bound to get success. In adverse situations also have to be very positive and happy. Our happiness gives us energy. 

Our attitude is everything in life. Just take the example if you are a positive attitude person then you can do wonders in your life. You will feel every time very energetic. We see that you are giving a helping hand to everyone.

I have read a book and found that by thinking positively only we can create a very cordial atmosphere around us. Your attitude is a window to the world. We keep it clean so that all look energetic with transparency. You become a human magnet with your attitude. We can see opportunities in every diversity.

13. Positivity in life 

Positivity in life gives us everything we desire. Without a positive attitude, we can not go anywhere. We can not get success. We can solve a lot of problems in life that look to be self-made. Once you are positive then the sky is the limit. Positivity in life can be attained with self-belief and self-confidence.

There was one match in Pakistan when the Indian team was not playing a good test match. Sachin Tendulkar was a young guy and Navjot Sidhu was on the crease. They were playing fast bowling.  We have to control our tongues. It has created a lot of problems in families’ unity and on different levels. Image of the tongue can create a very bad atmosphere and control of the tongue very harmonious atmosphere in business & workplaces. 

Your personality can be judged by the behaviour you do with your family and friends of his place. Words can make you very sad, depressed, or fully motivated. Good leaders lead from the front to have control over their teams.

We need some magical words to inspire others. Like how wonderful, Thank you, Wonderful, so sweet, Please, I am proud of you. These words are game-changers in your team & all. We need to see the respect of the listener. 

Sometimes we are very harsh on our team members without feeling what they will feel. Words the feeling of the listener to the innermost portion of their heart. Here let us see the cool attitude of our great caption Mahendra sing Dhoni. He was rarely seen to lose his cool even at the biggest fault on the part of any player. With this attitude see how teamwork is dedicated. 

Your behaviour can create wonders. It means your life becomes humorous when you control your words. Good speakers have very good control over their words. They practice for long hours.

15. A Smile costs nothing 

A smile costs nothing. With a smiling face, you can win many hearts. In this competitive world, people do not understand this simple theory. They are jealous of one another. Suppose you are standing in a queue at the window of the picture hall, pass a smile and get your work done. Similarly, you can do a lot of work with great ease. Nothing is late in life you can start smiling without any further delay.

You might have seen some people who are always smiling but some have lost their smiles in this world. See the difference you want to love the smiling guy, not another one. People will give no importance to your serious face. So take the lead in this way that you become a leader & make smiling leaders. With a smile all tasks will be completed on time otherwise there will be a lot of problems.

We have to work very smartly to be successful in life. Some people confuse themselves with smart work and hard work. Hard work means a lot of time and effort doing certain work. But smart work means spending less time to get quality work.

Today we have technology. When I started for my textile manufacturing industry about 40+ years ago we were doing only hard work with common sense. But with the SMART goals we adopted a few years back. We got full results with this technology.

17. Make smart goals

 To be successful we have to make our goals very smart which are

 S – Specific

M – Measurable

 A – Attainable

R – Relevant

T – Time-bound Set your goals as mentioned & make them happen. We need to have a good thought process to have smart goals. We have to imagine our future & then make goals accordingly. Setting goals gives direction to our lives. Goals can be different for students, businessmen & service persons. To make life happiest we have to make attainable goals.

We can take one example of losing weight as your smartwatch goal. Suppose I want to reduce weight from 75 KG to 70 KG within the next 60 days. This is a specific goal that we can measure daily or weekly so that you can review where you need some adjustments in your physical exercise schedule or if you need to make some adjustments in your diet plan.

We have taken this goal as an attainable achievable goal. Sometimes we make mistakes to make known and it or tenable or realistic goal. Relevant or realistic goals give us time-to-time motivation. We need to set our goals with proper timing in our example it is 60 days. We can write down these goals in our goal cards so that you can see them 5 to 10 times a day. This is going to help you to get very close to your target.

This is the beauty of smart goals. We have to renew our goals as per our requirements. We can make these smart goals in various aspects of our life. I have done it several times in my four decades in the textile industry to achieve results as per management requirements.

18. Never give up 

Those who succeed in achieving their dreams always have one quality in common: They never give up in any difficulty. Never never-give-up mentality ensures that our mind is conditioned to think positively. No one can defeat such a person. We have heard a story that even the last key of the bunch opens the lock. We should be changing our perspective on the situation with persistent nature. We have to develop a gritty attitude.

When we have a never give up attitude then we start marching towards our desired direction for success. Sometimes we lack focus. We are not always following our targets and we want to quit anytime near our target. Do we have to think that this type of feeling that why we started? We have covered a lot of distances with a lot of pain and difficulties. So have an attitude of never losing your side on your target. Never give up attitude Will always pay you in the long run.

We are sometimes very near to success but we give up before that. We need to be in a never-give-up mindset. Then you will win wonderful achievements in your life

Without discipline, life cannot work smoothly. Discipline makes a successful and happy life. Discipline is very important for students in the early stage. Discipline also means being punctual and leading a successful automatic life. We can see disciplined toppers in each aspect of life.

 We should use television to the minimum limit. We can say it is an idiot’s box. We sit for hours simply watching any program or match. No one thinks about the amount of valuable time we lose in this. What do we get after watching the match? We can save valuable time which can make your super branding.

Sometimes we waste a whole day of a test match in cricket. We need to see our time management from a very perspective way. Time is it tool which we are going to win every field of our life to make us great success. People waste daily 4 to 6 hours viewing various channels. At the end of the day, we are not gaining much. You can do any productive work which is taking you towards your desired smart goals. The author has stopped viewing television for the last four years.

The same time can be utilized in book reading or writing. Same way on any news channel we see the same news several times daily. “Ordinary people have big TVs. Extraordinary people have big libraries.” Why did you stop watching television? Why should I stop watching TV? Should we stop watching television?

22. Multi-skilling need of the hour

 In today’s cut-throat competition atmosphere, we need to be multi-talented people. We get importance in life when we are skilled people in any walk of life. In our manufacturing line, we see some operators who are very very skillful in their departments. You can learn anything in only 20 hours. I love these guys with extra skills. In the same way, you can get all skills in your armory.

Multitask attitude is one of the best as it makes a person’s will for LLL(Life Long Learner). A person loves to utilize his time well.

Like in my whole career in textiles, I started as a Textile engineer. Then we excelled in our profession from place to place in our work area. We could see the best achievements with more and more learning habits. I could see good growth in our work life due to which I could have a wonderful relationship with my family life.

In the last four years, I have started YouTube channels with around 880+ videos and then made around 192+ podcasts on various aspects. I have also read around 60 books to date. Seen a number of good videos of all great public speakers and artists. New learning was always preferred.

I also enjoyed seminars webinars and virtual mastermind classes of my mentors. Blogging was it altogether new game for me which I started in the COVID-19 pandemic last year. To date, I have written more than 150+ articles on motivation, health, technology, and sports. I was learning each day.

23. Motivational speaking is an art

Motivational speaking is an art that is not possible for all. Today we have so many good motivational speakers. They change the lives of their team members. My purpose for motivational speaking is to avoid wrong notions among people for relations, poor thinking, depression & positive vibes.

A person should be so motivated that his character becomes the best. When a person is highly motivated then results are bound to come. So we have to keep our energy level on top to touch the sky. You can become unstoppable. 

When we try to give to the masses then things become very crystal clear. God supports you in a wonderful manner. Just start to help people and you will see the changes in your life on the better side.

 We have to lead from the front. We can take an example from a cricket match. Virat Kohli is leading the team from the front. He is going at a very fast speed. He is probably going to break all records of Indian cricket God Sachin Tendulkar. We have to get the best out of our team. This thinking is going to help everyone at home & the organization. Bossing always causes discomfort to others.

25. Listening is the best habit

 In today’s hi-tech, high-speed competitive world, communication has become very important than ever. Genuine listening has become a rare gift of the time. It helps to build relationships & solve major problems and better understanding. Listening also builds friendships and careers. It saves many relationships. You should be a great listener

 During good listening, eye-to-eye contact is a must. We should be very attentive and relaxed. You should also keep your mind open. We should listen to the words of the speaker & try to understand what the speaker is saying. We should not interrupt & should not impose our solutions.

We have got the Clubhouse app as a wonderful audio platform that is making you a great Listener. Here people are listening to other great speaker’s life story & their practical experiences. The world has become very small. People from different walks of life are collaborating with each other on various points. We are following each other & respecting each other.

26. Make your brand story 

We see the branding of any product or company or ourselves as a must. Stability and profitability come with branding. We have to research our target audience and our competitors. Need to focus on product and personality with the proper name of the business. We should choose our slogan, logo, colours & tagline. Then our branding is registered. Similarly, we have to see how to make our branding.

This can be done with motivational speaking and book reading. Book reading, seminars & webinar attending help a lot in making your brand. Read at least 10 pages per day or one book per week & see the benefits every 6 months. What makes a brand unique? What makes a strong brand? What is the importance of branding? What are some examples of unique branding? What is branding?

27. Write a book about your life 

Till I was 56 years old, I was not thinking to write a book. But as soon as I met with authors and motivational speakers, I decided to write a book. Dear friends this is my first book which has reached your hands. Believe in yourself you will also feel the same after reading my book. This will be the start of writing skills in your brand.

The main theme of my book is to live happily and satisfactorily. You can try to your best level after that leave it in God’s hands. Overthinking does not solve problems. Make your relationships better and better. Enjoy every moment of your life. Love your parents, respect them. Get their blessings to go for fun in your life.

We will have an energetic mindset when we are feeling happy. We need not have big occasions to celebrate. We can do it with small achievements in our life. Hard work is the most important key to success. We cannot achieve any great achievement without hard work. We cannot sit and wait for success or a good opportunity. Any person working hard can gain great success & happiness in life. The author has worked for a long 40 years in the textile industry. Great Industry indeed. I have done super hard work in my life. That hard work has given me self-belief.

I have learned a lot with a hardworking attitude. Hardworking nature you can win the hearts of many friends. If you work hard then you can dream big. As we see how a best man or bowler works hard to give their best performance?

Whoever works hard gets the top honours? We have many examples of hard work leading to success. Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, Sunil Gavaskar, Rohit Sharma, Ronaldo, Tiger Woods & PV Sindhu, all have given their best in terms of work. So hard work should be made the password to success in our life. Go ahead & make your destiny.

30. Learn anything in 20 hours 

We can learn any new thing in exactly 20 hrs of focused work. But can be done in 5 principles. Why do you want to learn? Any work can be divided into parts. You need not be on top of everything. You can be a good batsman but not Sachin or Virat. Similarly, you can aim to be a good dancer but not like Michael Jackson.

The focus should be on top of your skill without any distractions. We should not procrastinate. We have to come for a solid commitment of 20 hours for any damn skill learning. Any skill can be learned in only 20 hours if your desire is unshakable. Watch this Video:

31. Execute Execute Execute

 Execution is the only way to achieve success. We plan too much in meetings & thought processes. But we have to take action on any plan otherwise we can not succeed. We have to plan any strategy and then execute it with wholehearted efforts to get success in life.

 So it is very clear that to be successful we have to plan & then execution is the main way to completion of any task. One very good saying is “Without knowledge action is useless & knowledge without action is futile”.

You cannot change the status of your company business or life without taking exhibition as your main weapon. We have to learn that task superbly. Then start its execution without further delay.

I have had one in the textile industry for over 42 years. I have found several times that I tell you to plan better will be the execution. We will be getting wonderful results. There is one small story that two persons were asked for cutting to trees. We were asked how much time it would take.

The first person was not sure how much time it would take. But another person was confident. He said that it would take only three hours. Friends, do you know the difference between their thinking? First-person watches not having his tools ready for the purpose. The second person was very good in execution due to proper planning and his tools were perfectly sharpened.

So dear friends we need to be in an active mode. We need to keep our tools ready for the final day. When we have these qualities

32. Learn, learn, and learn

 We can learn anything in life. It only depends on your desire. Whenever there is a will there is a way. Everyone has life experience. It may be technical, financial, or self-development. Everyone is learning. The author has 40 years of experience in textiles. After passing out from textile engineering college. I did many things during so many years.

After going through various stages of life, I am fully satisfied with the way I lead my life with the cooperation of my family members, friends, and coworkers. Everybody added value to my life. I tried to give a hundred per cent from my side. I am very thankful to my trainers, seniors & colleagues.

33. Keeping cool & calm life gives various lessons.

 The best lesson in life is to keep calm in every situation. It will resolve all your issues. You are never late to adopt this rule in life. We can say that you can win in any situation if you are keeping yourself cool and calm.

When you are keeping your cool and calm attitude then you are more amicably able to solve the problem. When facing a problem at any moment, try to observe at that time & should be very very alert. Do not panic. This will be settled in a beautiful manner.

34. Avoid procrastination 

We should not procrastinate anything in our day-to-day life. It is delaying our tasks at hand. It is not good at all for our life progress. We need to be sincere. There is an old saying:: “KAL KARE SO AAJ KAR, AAJ KARE SO AB. PAL MEIN PRALAYA HOGI FIR KAREGA KAB“ SO DO NOT POSTPONE OR DELAY. YOU CAN MAKE YOUR LIST & FINISH WITH THE DAY.

Procrastination is like a cancer person to person. We need to avoid it at any cost so that you can do anything you want. We can not progress in life with a procrastination attitude.

35. Chew your food 32-40 times

 The best way to be healthy is to chew your food at least 32-40 times before swallowing. It helps in improving your digestion. With chewing your food more times, the efforts to be done by your gut reduce. The people who chew less stress their gut more as it has to do more work for digesting their food. 36. Drink water lukewarm & in a sitting posture

We should drink water in warm or lukewarm conditions. It helps in keeping away many diseases. Quantity in the early morning can be up to one litre. It is better if even bed tea is not taken. We can have water only with the right methodology. Then you will get health benefits. Do not drink water immediately before or after meals. It should be before & after meals with a gap of 45 minutes.

 Drinking Luke warm water is helpful in weight loss. This is very good for our healthy body & energizes us to a great extent. We are able to get a better digestion system. Blood circulation is also better.

I am taking around 4-5 litres daily intake from 5 am to 8 pm for the last several years. I got positive results.

Water should be taken in a sitting posture otherwise we get knee  & joint problems. We should drink slowly not in one go. These things normal people do not think properly.

37. Affirmations are wonderful in the morning & evening 

When we sleep early at night & wake up early morning, make a habit of affirmations. Affirmations make you surrender to the subconscious mind & Almighty. Our subconscious mind is very strong & fast. It takes care of your life & gives you wonderful support. This is why repeating positive affirmations is so effective — you can reprogram your thought patterns by slipping in positive and success-oriented sound bites.

There is a different view on how many affirmations you can have at a time. It has been observed that we can have 4 to 5 affirmations and they should be written and repeated at least 5 to 6 times a day. Once before going to bed and early morning we should chant it at least 5 to 6 times. I am giving sample affirmations TYPE. Rest you can change as per your profession.

  • I am the best life coach, motivational speaker, YouTuber, blogger, and author.
  • I am feeling best in my physical and spiritual health for the last six months.
  • I am having a wonderful relationship with my spouse family members and relatives.
  • I am having my bank balance swelling due to my good career opportunities.

By focusing your thoughts on uplifting ideas, your subconscious will begin to implement a positive pattern in your way of thinking and your outlook on life. Your subconscious mind is subjective. 

It does not think or reason independently;

It merely obeys the commands it receives from your conscious mind. Just as your conscious mind can be thought of as the gardener, planting seeds, your subconscious mind can be thought of as the garden, or fertile soil, in which the seeds germinate and grow. This is another reason why harnessing the power of positive thinking is important to the foundation of your entire thought process.

38. Tiny changes give remarkable results 

Just read ATOMIC HABITS, a wonderful book by  James Clear.

which tells that if you do a small 1% change daily you can transform your life superbly. Life changes make life great. You have come into this world as a Champion. So give your best version & enjoy your life. Habits can be changed at any moment in our life. You need to have the will to change. The English cycling team was going through a very bad patch. After hiring a new coach they changed everything. They became champions in all major events of the world only with Atomic habits changing every day.

How to create a good habit

  • The 1st law (Cue): Make it obvious.
  • The 2nd law (Craving): Make it attractive.
  • The 3rd law (Response): Make it easy.
  • The 4th law (Reward): Make it satisfying.

We need to break our bad habits & stick to new ones

39. Life is a battle, be a warrior

 We are living in a very competitive world. Survival of the fittest is there. So work hard & get the desired goals for a wonderful life. Fight like a warrior on the battlefield of life. If you have a wonderful level of self-belief then you are unstoppable.

Our rich mindset can give us wonderful mental updates for making our self-belief. We become what we think. Everything is available in this universe. We seek it will be given. Knock on the door it will be opened for you. Be fearless in our approach to life & we will become more creative & productive.

42. Time management

Time management is one of the pillars of our life. We all have 86400 seconds. We need to use every second of our life. We need to spend every second in a more productive manner. We can do wonders in our life after following time management tips. We have to plan with a To-do list & priorities like A, B & C categories so that tasks can be carried out with faster speed.

Then we can have a POMODORO system where you can plan for 25-30-minute time blocks for full concentration & then 5 minutes gap. It gives wonderful productivity with quality results. I am using it for the last 3 years in my office & home sittings also & getting great help. We need to do every task correctly 1st time so that repetition is not taking our extra time. Time wasters can not enjoy a successful life as it is very disciplined efforts we need.

Each one of us has 86400 seconds per day which is nothing but 86400$. The difference between a successful life and average life is how you spend your day-wise.

  1. Start your day early & try to become a 5 am club member.
  2. Set priorities and goals when planning your day. Write down your Goals daily 2-3 times.
  3. Focus on one task at a time.
  4. Learn to delegate to see the speed of your tasks
  5. Apply the 80/20 rule, this will be giving you a systematic work ethic.
  6. Pencil in some time for distractions and interruptions. 
  7. Say no more often and master the art of short meetings.
  8. We have seen the CHAK DE INDIA movie perfect example of using 70 minutes for the final match for motivation. All players will remember these golden moments & ultimately the girls won the final Hockey match.

43. Keep Reading Books

We need to have a habit of reading more books in our life span. We need to have this habit in the early stage of our life. Books give us a great thought process. We can be unstoppable after getting these points. I have also read 60+ books in the last around 3.5 years that too working in an office also.
