  What is the system?

The system is a process of doing anything in a set of rules with which we can complete any task with great ease. We can also understand system is a way of working, organizing, or doing something which follows a fixed plan or set of rules. Systems are made by individuals or in a group for any organisation.

Suppose we are working in a company making textiles yarns and fabrics. We need to control the incoming material outgoing final product and accessories to be used in stores to control the process. This will be possible only when you have some set of rules and systems. We had an external agency to assess our in-house systems.

We’d need these systems to have our mission vision and dreams working for the profitability of the company. We are taking advantage of time and motion study with our industrial engineer. We can get the best analysis of our resources to get the best products and best performance of manpower and machinery resources. Textile industry tenure I had a lot of studies done by our industrial engineering department.

This system has helped us in getting the best production and quality in various departments. We were able to make decisions at our will.

Whenever we are getting some fillers due to non-conforming products. We can assess the reason for the failure in the process. We M take corrective actions on particular machine departments and operators. This helps in no failure again.
