    Quality is a much more complicated term than it appears. One defines it as ” Fitness for Intended Use .” This definition basically says that quality is ” Fulfilling or, exceeding customer expectations. ” Now, the question is – Who are the customers?

    External customers – These are the customers outside our organization who receive our goods and services. But If we sell our products to a wholesaler- Is the wholesaler our only customer? Are retailers our customers? or, Are actual users our consumers?

    C. Padmanabhan, the coordinator of the “Save NTC”, said if their demands were not met, the union members would stage a protest in Delhi.
