    1. How to evolve if not know who we are? What is your current mindset and where do we stand at the moment? We have to see the exact status of self & organization where you are working daily. The exact position will be your ground zero from where you have to reach your targets. We have clarity now for our targets & then we will be reaching there with our best plan & committed team.

    2. Who do you need to be? What changes do you need to have?

    While making plans we will be having our wonderful plan for execution. For getting the desired results we have to put our great efforts so that everything is as per decided norms. This will make our brand clear to everyone in this universe. If there is any gap between present and required status then the expert team will do a thorough analysis so that we can get all the results as per standards.

    3. Take things seriously.

    We need to give 200% effort & focus to go to plan. You need to do your best efforts been hard work and integrity after getting plans for execution. We can leave any micro point unattended. We have to take everything on topmost urgency and serious thoughts. There is no reason that we will not get the desired results. We may have to make some systems get fixed responsibility at a particular place to be in line with the results required.

    4. What is our plan for clearcut results?

    We can not move till we do not attach the deadlines to our progress. I have observed this in every wonderful group as they are very result-oriented. The clarity of targets is most important to get the best results.

    Any plan we can make with every microanalysis to be taken care of so that there are no failure chances.

    In textiles yeah made a lot of plans for increasing production and quality as per the requirement of the overseas buyers. We started a systematic approach in the department from Raw materials to finished products. We have taken processed parameters also with home trials and approval of the quality department.

    5.No progress without change is observed. We need to focus on the right things. We need to understand the level of a person’s thought process. If we get some variation in the results then we have to change either raw material or process parameters or persons working on the project. This way we can get very near to our target results.

    6. Marathon for progress

    We need to get results after thorough hard work. We have to practice like a marathon race. We need to do great preparation so that we can get the results as desired. We have to maintain our analysis plan for running and physical fitness with mental robustness.

    Just feel if you have to run a marathon race how you will prepare? Can you run a marathon without doing any homework for practice? Certainly not. So plan like the best athlete as a master marathon runner. They are working so hard to win the two-hour marathon. They made unique efforts to get on top of the world similarly in our plan we have to do all these exercises.

    7. Are you continuing in learning?

    Read more & more books. It helps to get great student confidence and we can get on the top of the sky. We need to invest in ourselves then only we can get the best results we require. Champions surround themselves with wonderful positive-thinking people to get success in their life.

    We need to focus on our skill development whatever we can do. Skill updation will make you more and more content-oriented and expert on the subject. Let me give you here my example.

    8. Prize will not be sent to you.

    It will have to be received with both hands. We have to stay on the road to success with continuous and consistent efforts. Without ambition ambitions, we cannot start the journey. There has to be movement in our mind and action plan.

We have to give more and more attention to them. We need to have self-esteem  & self-confidence in our children. We have to set some limits so that they can be free with themself and with every family member. Your words and actions as a parent affect their developing self-esteem more than anything else.

    Sometimes, you might have seen that child’s behavior is a little bit erratic. Either child is not confident in talking or he is asking some absurd questions. So you need to talk with him giving needed time. You have to set the discipline. When they will go out when they will go for play when they will have screen time and everything. You need to give your kids the best time management when you are taking care of them.

    It will be wonderful friends to give great investment in your children. You need to have good communication with your children and it should be given much-needed priority. We need to be flexible and willing to adjust our parenting style. Sometimes in one-month time children need variation in their behavior. 

    We have to work according to that and we should be able to project unconditional love. When we give unconditional love means we love on the merit of our kid’s behavior. We should not buy costly cars, bikes & gadgets for children to give them freedom from wasting their time. They are very smart.

    They see how to act to get the support of their parents, grandfather, grandmother, or any member of the house. They are the best observer. We have to see how we can give them good things like honesty, integrity, good rituals & self-reliance. Successful parenting is not about achieving perfection.

    Sometimes children show anger on small small points We need to see that our child behaves very well with all. They should not show temper tantrums.  We have to see each activity. Her parents will take special care of their temperament also.

    We see some time our teenagers do not want to be active in making new friendships. They should be made comfortable. A teenager who struggles to make friends?       

    We need to give meditation sessions with our children. This will be giving them great comfortable moments in their behavior. It will improve his overall personality. I feel with these meditation tips, children will control their total expected behavior.

    First-time parenting is really tough. They get more challenging moments. They need to take utmost care of their children at all given points.

    Parents should present themselves as a role model for their children. We have to show them a great family atmosphere. The best relationship of parents & love & respect for every member gives the exact status. Children see everything. They become what they see. Single parents will have poor control over the situation. Bad relationships give poor mental strength to children.

    They need to have self-control & love for all in their behavior. When they are going to school and they see someone walking on the road and a thirsty person, they should be able to give them their water bottle.  Children should be the best in their attitude. They should be happy, smiling cheerful personalities. Learning & curiosity should be there on their face. We always need to give good respect to our children. Sometimes we see and feel that a child is not given respect these days by some parents.

    Sometimes I have seen some parents send their children to the washroom for punishment. Parents ask them to stand outside the gate & sometimes do not talk with them. It is not good thinking for good dealing. Parents have to do something new and we should not compare children and children of their family and other families.

    1. Unconditional love and support: Show your child unconditional love and support. Make them feel secure, valued, and accepted for who they are. Celebrate their strengths and provide encouragement during challenges.
    2. Effective communication: Maintain open and honest communication with your child. Listen actively, validate their feelings, and express empathy. Encourage them to share their thoughts, concerns, and experiences with you.

    Persistent behavior

    I have seen in my entire life that I always kept persistent behavior most of the time. This was the only reason that I always tried to do the best in my profile. I have changed around 8 to 9 locations in my entire textile career of 42 years plus. I was always having very good energy to be a front runner.

    I always had leadership instincts which were held God-given gifts from my parents. I was always thinking to give my hundred percent in my professional, and family life in any activity like sports. In my college days.

    My target was to be the best athlete that too in the final year when people were accustomed to their habits. I was doing practice with the Indian stars of the athletic team. I had wonderful stamina due to my eating habits and persistence in the playfield. I played 8 to 10 games like hockey, football, volleyball, basketball, cricket, lawn tennis, table tennis, badminton, Kabbaddi, Long jump, high jump, Shotput, Hammer throw & running long races.

    In infield activities, I was running 400 m 800 m 1500 m 5000 m cross country, long jump high jump, and Pole vault. With my persistent efforts, I was able to increase my stamina and game skills.

    No after serving 42 years in the industry I am enjoying my love for blogs, podcasts, YouTube channels writing a book in textiles, and motivational speaking as a life coach.

    A positive attitude is everything

    I had been following up with my positive attitude. It has given me wonderful upliftment in my relationships, office work, and people in my team. You can do great tasks with ease. Your passion should be top-class and it should be balanced with patience. If some job is taking too much time then you will have to wait sometime you are not control of controller of everything.

    Take long breath

    In case of any tough time no need to worry. You can take a long breath with full self-belief. You are the creator of your destiny. You can do anything with your efforts short. So try your best to get success in life.

    Intelligence 

    You need to utilize your intelligence so that you are using your brain in the right direction to achieve the desired results. People who do not utilize the intelligence already available to them get a lot of problems from time to time.

    Integrity

    If we are having integrity in our personality job then we are master players. You will be giving lessons to your team members. It pays in the long run so you are integrity should be clearly understood by your employers or businessmen.

    Self-belief

    When you have self-belief then you think that it is the base of your success. Any company will be getting a bundle of benefits with your belief. You can do difficult tasks with great each and everybody will benefit. Your confidence will be taking your entire goals in the desired direction.

    Pendamic covid-19

    The last 2.5 years have given too much pain to the people. They are very near and dear ones who have gone to heaven. The main thing is that the total medical system derailed in several countries. They could not save their person’s life. Total business all over the world came to a standstill. But that also could not make us fail because we were first persistent in our approach.

    Things are taking shape nowadays and let us hope that the third wave is controlled beautifully. In our country, we have crossed a hundred crore vaccinated people as of date. To be very careful in the coming months and end all the precautions should be followed properly to keep control of the pandemic.

    The clubhouse is the best date for networking

    Started participating in the clubhouse where more than 1000 people are discussing and advertising their skills & expertise. I also joined around one month back and feel happy as it is very interactive. This networking is going to give us a win-win situation for everyone.

    Skills upgradation

    In this digital world that has brought us together, we are making very good use of social media presence. With virtual meetings on weekends meet with a number of people all around the world. We have to have a lifelong learner attitude. We can do our skills upgradation so that it will be beneficial in our task.

    Quitters are not persistent

    Need to be persistent not a quitter. If we quit in this world then somebody else will take that place who is ready every time. You will be missing the ship. We have seen a mentality throughout our lives that we will not quit till we get the desired results.

You do it for 40 days and see the results. God is with you and you know God is the creator of this world. So be a warrior and win of war of your life.

    We have to be fearless in our lives as we are marching toward our goals. When we are fearless then we can do anything towards our great achievements in life. When you are doing worry for anything can we get better results? Certainly not. He gives fear in the mind and his results are deteriorated to the lowest level.

    Eat for survival: We need to eat only for living not living for eating. Our diet plays a very important role in our health. We should et what is best for our health. We should maintain our slim personalities.

    Give compliments to everyone: We need to appreciate all in small tasks done by them. It will help them to do much better in the next assignment. Motivation level gives happiness to all. Happiness is creating team effort spirit. Happiness, success & freedom make great team members & you become unstoppable.

    Control your breath: This is the best exercise for maintaining your best health & personality. Yoga, and running will be given this wonderful practice. In ancient times how big great Saints were keeping them alive due to their wonderful breathing habits?

    Be disciplined: Discipline makes life a little tough in starting but it makes life very easy. We can do great things in this world with discipline.

    • Be happy always: We need to live happily & happily in our lives. This weekend though only when our hearts and souls are very clear. If we are doing the wrong thing to the people and not doing service to mankind then how we can be happy?
      We need to respect our parents and elders of the family. Your children were very good at learning. What you are doing to your elders they are observing very keenly your activities. They will do the same as you are doing now.
    • Good parenting can solve many problems. We are giving undue advantage to our son, not to our daughters. We should treat them equally so that both can get success in their life. Special parenting will help us to reduce social wrongdoings like depression and thoughts suicidal thoughts and negativity due to which too many rape cases are emerging every day. How we can expect the solution only from political leaders?
    • Massive Action on Your Decision: We need to take massive action on our plans for winning. As Tony Robbins says you have to take massive action to get anything you want. If you are not clear about taking Massive action then forget about the results you planned. After proper planning, we need to take things with owning the responsibility of clear achievement of our goals.

    Quality is a much more complicated term than it appears. One defines it as ” Fitness for Intended Use .” This definition basically says that quality is ” Fulfilling or, exceeding customer expectations. ” Now, the question is – Who are the customers?

    External customers – These are the customers outside our organization who receive our goods and services. But If we sell our products to a wholesaler- Is the wholesaler our only customer? Are retailers our customers? or, Are actual users our consumers?

    Internal customers – Those are often forgotten or, taken for granted. In a manufacturing operation, the next department may be treated as a customer of the previous department. For example – the Blow Room department or, the preparatory department is a customer of the Cotton Purchase department for purchasing Cotton. The Ring Frame department is a customer of the Preparatory department for purchasing Roving.

    The Yarn Packing department is the customer of the Ring Frame Department for purchasing Yarn. Sale department is a customer of the Yarn Packing department for Purchasing Packed Yarns. All departments are customers of the HR department for Man Power. All departments are customers of the Electrical / Engineering department for Purchasing Electricity.

    The maintenance department is a customer of the General Store. Quality assurance (QA) is a broad concept that focuses on the entire quality system including suppliers and ultimate consumers of the product or service. It includes all activities designed to produce products and services of appropriate quality.

Trade unions demand reopening of NTC mills Members plan to meet Prime Minister and Textile Minister this month – December 05, 2021 Trade unions of workers employed with National Textile Corporation (NTC) mills across the country have formed a “Save NTC” movement and plan to meet the Prime Minister and Textile Minister this month to demand reopening of the NTC mills.

    C. Padmanabhan, the coordinator of the “Save NTC”, said if their demands were not met, the union members would stage a protest in Delhi. The unions have demanded the reopening of all the NTC mills in the country as production stopped at the units in March last year when a lockdown was declared to control the spread of COVID-19.

    The workers should get full wages for the lockdown period, provide ₹ 2,000 crore (which is outstanding for NTC from different departments) for reopening and operation of the mills and should not lease out the mills to private players for conversion work. AITUC leader M. Arumugam said the union leaders from different parts of the country would go to Delhi on December 6 and meet the MPs of all the States that have NTC units.

    They would also try to meet the Prime Minister and the Union Textile Minister and submit their demands. “We met the Textiles Secretary earlier and he said the issue will be resolved in three months. But there is no progress and the mills remain shut. The 23 NTC mills employ almost 20,000 permanent workers,” he said.

    Select only the correct cotton when you are paying Rs.80000/- per candy. In most of the Spinning Mills Cotton purchasers are Non Technical people and they never worked as Textile technicians in Spinning Mills. So, this is the responsibility of the Unit Head to understand the requirements of Cotton Parameters before asking to purchase cotton.

    We can not purchase cotton only on the basis of 2.5% Span Length, say UHML say Length of cotton by Non-Tech. FQI is based on ML(Mean Length)so this can not be ignored. MIC is important for counts to be spun. SFI is important for processing fiber. Rd and b+ are more important for selling the product in the market.

    Gms. per tex is more important for controlling yarn breakages. Obviously, Effective Length plays a major role in deciding gauge setting in the drafting zone and Effective Length depends on a 2.5% Span Length. Thus Unit Head should decide all Cotton Parameters and their margins because this is hardly possible to see all required parameters in every bale of cotton when going for “Bale Management”.
